Home Information Packs including EPC from £249.00 (fully inclusive) Fully PCCB and COPSO Compliant Hips are compiled and completed within 10 working days. Being Hip Code registered, offering a hassle free, accurate and reliable service with the confidence of quick turnaround times. With the new regulations introduced on April 6th the properties can be marketed after 4 days when all required documentation will have been received. EPCs from £60.00 From the 1st October 2008, an EPC will be required whenever a dwelling is let to a new tennant.
